27 millions illgally copied CDs were sold in Morocco in 2006. I am used to watch new american films before americans themselves do. In Morocco, copyrighted Windows Vista costs 1000 dh (125 $). You can find your copy of that program, just pay 1.25 $... i bet 99% of theses 27.000.000  CDs are copies of music albums and films. Alas, the 1% of that number consist of the educational Cds and software programs.
